This procedure establishes a framework for addressing the proper conduct that is expected of Badya University students to ensure a safe, respectful, and conducive environment for study, research, and collaboration within the University Library. It also highlights the identifiable forms of non-academic misconduct for library users and the possible repercussions that the violator(s) might face in such cases. Non-academic misconduct—defined by the Badya University Code of Conduct Policy as “any behavior that adversely affects the learning of others or disrupts the University’s educational mission”—will result in disciplinary actions applied fairly and equitably to all library users.
This procedure applies to all users of the Badya University Library, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors, without exception.
